Your use of this website and any services offered through it constitutes agreement with all Terms & Conditions on this page and our Privacy Policy.

This website is designed to be used to inform potential clients about the services and products that are offered at Next Level Energy Work & Massage Therapy (NLEW & MT) as well as provide an opportunity to schedule services and purchase retail products in inventory.  At this time, no public commentary is allowed directly on the website, though you can look at or submit reviews from the NLEW & MT Facebook page or on Google Business.  Any communications sent in should be clear and respectful, or they will not be taken seriously.  Please allow at least 24 hours for a response, since circumstances may make it impractical to respond immediately each time.  

As it pertains to retail sales, all sales are final, online or in person.  We do not keep large inventory of products, so items may take some time to restock (typically 15-30 days).  Merchandise should be inspected before you leave for damage or defect.  Where an issue is discovered after the fact, that issue will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  Should an item need to be replaced (due to undiscovered defect or damage from the manufacturer), it will be placed on the next order from our supplier.  Should replacement not be an option (due to out of stock or discontinuation), an exchange of products of equal retail value will be offered.  Should a refund be required, please allow up to 1 week for processing.  We are not currently offering delivery, but that will be available in the future.

As it pertains to services, all services are by appointment, with an open online booking window of 9am to 7pm Tuesday through Saturday, unless otherwise noted (such as in the instance of a holiday).  Online booking requires prepayment of the service desired in order to guarantee your scheduled time.  If you cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us or request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment (if possible).  New clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early for their session to fill out intake paperwork and finish a comprehensive interview before your session begins.  It is expected you will be on time for your appointment, but life happens sometimes.  If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly or reschedule.  If you fail to appear for your service (No Call/No Show) or are late by more than 50% of your scheduled session, your prepayment will serve as your late cancellation fee.  We reserve the right to refuse services to you in the future in the case of a NC/NS.  All sessions are therapeutic in nature.  Jokes, comments, suggestions, or requests for favors of a sexual nature will not be tolerated and will be sufficient cause to terminate the service immediately.  If this happens, you forfeit all fees paid for the session regardless of the amount of time you received.  Should the action be serious enough it may, if appropriate, be referred to the local authorities for investigation.

Square, Inc is our Payment Processor.  As such, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  We do NOT accept personal checks for products or services.  We may expand these options in the future as volume and necessity demand.

As stated at the bottom of each page on this website, all content on this site is owned by Next Level Energy Work & Massage Therapy, whose Sole Proprietor is Nathanial Lawrence, LMT & MEW, and all data (text, images, video and any other content) is thus protected under copyright laws, except where marketing images or educational materials are used by permission (such as Dōterra, for which the owner is a Distributor and Wellness Advocate), and in that case, the copyright belongs to that entity.  As a result, copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise sharing any of the content on this site is forbidden without express written consent from Nathanial Lawrence at NLEW & MT and any marketing partners or other businesses whose content we use with permission.  You may never use our data for commercial purposes.  If you suspect that our data has been used maliciously or fraudulently by someone, please contact us via our Contact tab or any of the methods listed toward the top of this page to report it.

Should we determine that you have violated our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against you for any damages we conclude have occurred (and any associated attorney's fees) and/or ban you from the website (or business location if appropriate) permanently.  In the event of a legal dispute, the laws of the United States of America and the State of Indiana will govern the appropriate course of action.  If we choose not to act on any provision of these terms, that does not imply we have abandoned our right to act on future violations of the same terms.
